I'm so glad you stopped by. I am a mental health counselor licensed in Florida, Colorado, and South Carolina, with extensive experience in childhood and religious trauma. Special populations have included incarcerated women, neurodivergent, first responders, military personnel, couples, LGBT and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. My style is that of a teacher. I teach you how to identify unhealthy behaviors, habits and relationships. During a session, we may revisit the past for reference only.
